New York Fashion Week came and went with the blink of an eye! Over the next couple of posts, I’ll be showing you what she, me and her wore. I enjoy Fashion Week just off of the strength of being able to run into some of my favorite Fashion Editors, Influencers and Photographers. If you’ve been following me on Instagram, Instagram Stories and Snapchat (thewerkplace), you can see that I was surrounded by all types of Black Girl/Boy Magic!
Anywho, according to the Farmer’s Almanac, the first day of Fall doesn’t start until Sept 22nd. So, that means I have a few more days to comfortably wear these Mink Pink Slasher Shorts and some serious thigh meat. Of course, I made this look a little more weather friendly by adding this lined ASOS Embroidered Vest and my trusty Versace booties.Listen, I’m not mad at these cooler temps because New York Summers are sweltering. I know what you’re thinking. You’ve lived in Arizona for nine years, you should be used to the heat. This NY Summer heat is different, boo. Plus, we have central air in Arizona. In NY, it’s hot every-damn-where.EVERYWHERE.
